You will be able to draw, prepare and print an O Scale B&O Concrete Whistle Post and leave with it in your hand by the end of the clinic!

Attendees must bring a laptop loaded with SketchUp, a free program. We will be using SketchUp V8, for maximum compatibility with older laptops (download here: SketchUp has a simple, intuitive interface and a LOT of tutorials on the web to help you along. But studying up in advance of class will not be necessary.

Since it is a simple form, the whistle post is a perfect introduction to 3D design. You will be guided step-by-step and along the way, you will become familiar with many of SketchUp’s tools. After you have finished your drawing, it will be prepared for printing, then loaded onto a desktop 3D printer for the final step – printing!

Presented by Terry Terrance; limited to 15 attendees.

Note: You must bring your own laptop as no loaners are available
